The class is open to women who live, work or study in Waltham Forest. This training is all off road. Come along to build your skills and confidence on the bicycle again. Beginners are welcome.
For the 10:00 class please be arrive by 09:45 for registration. Not arriving on time is unfair on other trainees.
Training will take place on the outdoor sports pitch. There is a side gate entrance to allow access with bikes straight into the area.
