The training begins off-road (in Burgess Park) and then moves on to quiet roads in the local area. The course is broken down into 2 x 2 hour sessions with a half hour break for lunch. Please ensure you are competent to level 1 ability (full balance including with one hand off the handlebars) before signing up for this course. We do check this before going out on the road for your safety. Please arrive by 09.15 for registration; not arriving on time is unfair on other trainees.
If you do not have a bicycle to bring to training, there is a limited number of bikes to borrow on a first-come-first-served basis.
Meeting Point: The gravel area next to the BMX track on the Albany Road side of Burgess Park.
