This session is aimed for adults who would like to learn how to ride in a quieter, off-road venue. Come along to discover the joy of cycling with us!
Bikes in various sizes and helmets are available to borrow.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration so we can start promptly.
The entrance to the sports centre is on Torquay Street off Harrow Road.
