Our led rides have been designed to allow everyone to enjoy and explore by bicycle. Rides are often themed - either based on a learning experience such as the different levels of the National Cycle Training Standards, or a theme specific to a location, such as local history, food or culture. 

Our rides are designed to be fun and family friendly meaning they are accessible to all and depending on your location, the led rides are sometimes subsidised by our client boroughs.

Please note that ideally you will need to bring a bicycle - we can sometimes loan one or you might be eligible to hire one from a local bike share scheme. CyclingUK have a list of providers across the UK.

All of our led rides are guided by fully qualified ride leaders and/or cycle instructors, with DBS checks and first aid training. We 're also building a library of downloadable route for self-guided rides - see the latest in the downloads section.
