Adult Group Cycle Training

This session will constist of one Learn to Ride Adult Cycle Training class and one Level 1 Cycle Training Class. 

Learn to Ride is aimed at adults who are currently not able to ride a bicycle and is perfect to learn basic bike control skills.

Level 1 is aimed for children who are currently able to ride a bicycle.

On this course you will learn how to:

  • Prepare themselves for a journey
  • Check the cycle is ready for a journey
  • Set off, pedal, slow down and stop
  • Pedal (including looking behind, cycling one handed, turning and controlling speed)

Both sessions will take place in an off-road venue in small groups. Please do bring your own bike if you can, adult bikes will be available in limited numbers to borrow.

Suitable for all ages above 16+.
