Anybody can cycle, whatever their age or ability! Cycling is an easy way to be more active, save you money and it is good for the environment.

Barnet are normally able to offer the below services free, however due to severe funding restrictions we have had to stop this provision until further notice. Cycle Skills: Get tailored training at a level suited to your needs, or book a lesson for the family (with up to three participants)! Choose from Basic (off-road environment), Urban (quiet local roads) or Advanced (complex junctions and busy roads).

Dr Bike Sessions: Have an experienced mechanic check that your bike is in good order. Click here for details of upcoming sessions. The police will also be there to security mark bicycles and offer advice.
