This training takes place on complex roads and junctions in the local area. Please ensure you are competent with cycling on quiet roads before signing up.
Adult bikes are available to borrow. This course is for ages 16+

Meet at bike racks in front of Civic Centre. Training takes place in Enfield Town Park, a short walk away. Adult training bikes are available.
