The London Borough of Redbridge is committed to making the borough a more cycle-friendly place. To encourage cycling, the following FREE services are on offer to anyone who lives, works or studies in the borough:
Cycle Skills: Get tailored training at a level suited to your needs, or book a lesson for the family (with up to three participants)! Choose from Basic (off-road environment), Urban (quiet local roads) or Advanced (complex junctions and busy roads). If you need to borrow a bicycle for your training, please book your session at Valentines Park where we keep a fleet of pool bikes.

For Dr Bike Sessions, where an experienced mechanic will check your bike is in good order. Mechanics will make minor adjustments there and then and will advise you on any more complex fixes you may need.
