Rainham Marshes to Upminster Guided Ride

This is the second leg of two guided rides.  You are welcome to just cycle one way, or join us for both rides with a lunch break in between, ending back in Upminster Park.  Please book each ride separately.

This route follows the NCR13 a short distance along the Thames and then follows the NCR136 from Rainham to Upminster, through Hornchurch Country Park. 

Second ride from Rainham Marshes to Upminster Park (THIS BOOKING)

• The starting point for the second ride is Rainham Marshes Nature Reserve, New Tank Hill Road, Purfleet-on-Thames, RM19 1SZ
• Rainham Marshes car park closes at 17:00

First ride from Upminster Park to Rainham Marshes

• 10:00 to 12:30
• The starting point for the first ride is Upminster Park, in front of the cafe by the tennis courts
• Parking at Windmill Hall: Upminster New Windmill Hall Car Park, St. Marys Lane, Upminster, RM14 2QH

We factor in a break for lunch at 12:30 and a comfort break of around 15 mins, half way through each ride at the visitor centre in South Hornchurch Country Park.

All ages welcome, rides led by fully qualified and experienced cycling instructors.
