This course is aimed for adults who have not yet learned to ride a bicycle. This session takes place in an off-road venue in small groups and is perfect for you to learn basic bike control skills.
Do bring your own bicycles and helmets if you can as you will be more used to your own equipment. Bicycles and helmets are in limited numbers to borrow.
Please arrive early so we can start cycling promptly! We will aim to finish in two hours.
