This is training for children aged 5 years and above who have never cycled or are still working on their balance. The class will have no more than 4 trainees and there are 2 fully qualified instructors on hand.
Please meet at St Matthew's Community Centre, St Matthew's Road SW21NH.
The session begins at 10 but please arrive at 9.45 for registration. The session finishes at 12 so that instructors can return bikes and take trainee details before the next group begins. If your child is 7 years or under, please remain within sight of the training. If you are dropping off your child, please collect promptly at 12 as instructors are not able to look after children beyond this time.
Trainees are encouraged to bring their own bikes (and helmets, if required) but bikes and helmets will also be available to borrow.
This class does NOT cover any on-road training; if you require this and your child is 9 years or over, please sign up to On Road Group Training on alternative Saturdays.
All participating trainees will receive a cycle-related gift at the end of the session (subject to availability), provided trainee details are recorded after the class.
