Rainham Marshes Guided Ride

This route follows the N136 to the Thames and then a short distance along the Thames on the N13. The starting point Rainham Marshes is a little way along the Thames at the bottom along some of the N136 around 2 miles down the river where the Bird Sanctuary is. 

First ride from Rainham Marshes to Upminster

• 10:00 to 12:30
• Rainham Marshes car park opens at 9:30

Second ride from Upminster to Rainham Marshes

• This is a separate booking available on our website
• 13:00 to 16:00
• Rainham Marshes car park closes 17:00

We already factor in breaks for lunch at 12:30 and a comfort break of around 15 mins, half way on each ride through at the visitor centre in South Hornchurch country park.
