Learn to Ride Adult Training

This course is aimed at adults who are currently not able to ride a bicycle. This session takes place in an off-road venue in small groups and is perfect to learn basic bike control skills.

Come along to build your skills and confidence on a cycle with us!

Please do bring your own bike if you can, adult bikes will be available in limited numbers to borrow.

Suitable for all ages above 16+.
