This training is all off the road. This is aimed for riders who can somewhat cycle already but perhaps not so confident with bike control it. Come along to build your skills and confidence on a cycle with us!
Adult bikes are available to borrow. Suitable for all ages above 16+.

Meet at bike racks in front of Civic Centre. Training takes place at a suitable nearby location. Adult training bikes are available.
